I really feel for your mother. I am sorry for her- i know how hard it is to get section 8, and when u get it it's hard to keep it. I will pray for her to get some help.

Hi. I'm here because i have never not lived check to check. For all of my 18 years, my mother has struggled and now, it's beginning to be too much. She is on disability and section 8 housing, and only gets $856 a month. Do you know anybody who can live off of that? Please don't forget that there are two of us, and we are both disabled so we have medical bills too. No one will hire me because i have back problems and could be a liability. We always pay our rent, but are behind on bills, always behind on bills, and no food. Usually one meal a day. We want desperatly to move to a little house, but it has to be the same rent that we're paying (1275) and thats pretty much impossible. Please, help us. I don't know what i'm going to do if i can't take care of my mother. I had major back surgery 5 months ago because i have severe scoliosis. Please, please help us.
